I’m frustrated with your services. I joined so that I could take a step back from a debt situation that was overwhelming and unmanageable. I have found that my credit score has continued to drop and despite cards having been accepted into the program for more than 60 days - I’m still receiving delinquent reportings of those accounts on my credit report. When I raised the issue with your company as well as the creditor- I received little or no information on how to make this STOP. I seem to be the only one concerned about my credit score and any further harm being done to my credit history. I look to your company to be the experts to assist with these issues without my having to dig and try to find out what is going on myself. I would not recommend your program at this point in time.

Getting started was easy, though I was told that every single item effecting my credit was included in what was consolidated. I'm not so sure if this was accurate. I was under the impression I was taking care of everything, however almost my entire tax return was taken from me by Navient, which does show up on my credit as Closed Transfer/Sold. I tried to call Cambridge about what happened. Why would Navient take my money if the account was already sold and not with them anymore. I was also trying to ask why this was not included in what was consolidated if it is showing up on my credit report. I received no help and no answer. I was told "we can't answer that". That I would have to contact the tax board or Navient. I thought that was their job to contact these accounts for me? Not receiving my tax refund was a huge financial burden on my family and we were almost homeless because of this and no one wanted to give me any answers.

i was lied to from the beginning. my credit card monthly payment DID go down, but i was told it would not affect my credit to use this service and THAT WAS A LIE! my credit has been in a freefall since using the service and there is nothing i can do. because this company makes the payments all at once, the majority of my credit cards are being paid late. i just got a notice saying one of my cards was 2 months past due. when i was paying my cards i never had a late payment! my advice is find a way to payoff your credit cards on your own and never use this service. My agent at cambridge never is any help and most times wont even return my calls.

The transition from Family Credit Counseling to this company was anything but seamless. I don't think Cambridge took enough time to follow up with the creditors, ensure that agreements were properly transitioned and stayed the way they were intended. They did not follow up with vendors in a timely manner once new agreements were rejected (at no fault of mine) due to the transition. Some vendors were not paid on time, while others were over paid. I don't feel like they care about the management of my accounts or my $$, where Family Credit took more time to work individually with vendors and always followed up with me. Cambridge has not followed up with me at all on any matter unless I constantly email or call them. As a matter of fact I have an unresolved account whereby I had a settlement agreement with Family Credit management and at the transition, the creditor said they would not honor the agreement with Cambridge and charged me the full balance. Cambridge has not followed up or through to make sure this gets resolved, costing me additional money. In addition, the credit counseling agencies in general do not disclose how much of an impact these types of contracts affect a person's credit score. It's terrible how much mine has dropped since being involved in a program like this. Mostly due to the creditors not being paid on time by you. I would never use a service like this again and unfortunately am stuck now.

Signed up with cambridge, still got sued and had to pay an extra amount of money to the creditor that cambridge was supposed to already be paying. Could have saved the time and fee of paying them and just done it myself. Wouldn't use them if given a do over. I never recieve a statement monthly about where my funds are going. It should be sent every month like a credit card statement. At least the creditor that sued me sends me one every month. Guess they're a little more professional.
