you take the money from the acct on the 12 for payment but nothing gets paid till 26 now late penalties are hitting me so its not helps me

A little confusing at first. I thought I was covered for all the months since sign up but, found out later I was behind a payment on one of my creditors. As a result my credit score was affected. Hopefully it gets better. More communication and guidance from you would have helped.

Good company, but there have been mistakes and delays that were frustrating.

I think small details should be discussed with clients (i.e, collector calls stopping). I continued to be bombarded with collect calls from the same bank and was not aware that the calls would stop after the first processed payment.

Do not expect Late charges to stop for a few months, and they can be more than the payments made on your behalf, Three months and they are still accumulating.

I have never used a differing Credit Counseling company in the past, so I have nothing to measure up Cambridge's performance. I will say that the communications I have had with the staff have been polite, even if there is typically a delayed response from the company. I also get sent many unsolicited emails about steps I can take to improve my credit by myself; if I were able to do so, I would not need Cambridge.

It's not over yet. Communication is the best part. I like when I call they talk back and they understand.when I'm almost done then ask. Right now just not half way. They're good at what they do.Thanks Cambridge
