Did not work for me
Did not work for me, I contacted the team who stated no returns even though 30 day money back is stated Don’t waste your money!
Response from CalmaraofficialMay 12, 2025
Hi Lyndsey, We’re really sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you. While we do offer a money-back guarantee, it only applies if the product is unused and in its original condition. If the item has been used or worn, we’re unfortunately unable to process returns due to hygiene and resale limitations. We totally understand your frustration, and we're always happy to take a second look—feel free to reach out again if you believe there's been a misunderstanding. – Tina, Team Calmara

Mix up with my order
I received the wrong item on my order, emailed customer care team and within hours Linda had sent me a response apologising for the mixup and informed me that the correct item was being dispatched straight away to me. Also the item that I received by mistake I was told I could keep that item as a gesture of goodwill. Kept me informed at all times of what stage my replacement order was. Excellent Customer Care, Definitely Recommend.

I was incredibly sceptical.....
I received my rings and thought they were fake. Large lumps of glue where magnets were shown. I actually email for a refund immediately. Luckily customer service skirted around the refund route, said everything was legit and so I felt I had no choice but to try it out. I suffer from bad shoulder, elbow, wrist and knee pain. I also do not sleep and am always super stressed. Now I don't know if it's a placebo/psychological but since wearing the ring, my pain is reduced dramatically, I'm sleeping better and I'm a teensy bit less moody. Psychological or not, since wearing I'm so much improved.

Hi Charity Rose, We truly appreciate your honesty and giving the ring a real shot, even with initial doubts. You're absolutely right — the magnets are secured with a special layer of glue to keep them in place and make the ring comfortable enough to wear daily. We’re so glad to hear it’s helped ease your pain and improve your sleep and mood — that’s what Calmara is all about. Whether it's the therapy or something else, we’re just happy you’re feeling better ❤️ Thanks again for your trust, – Tina, Team Calmara

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would! Completely lying on their marketing in regards to money back guarantee! Customer support don’t actually acknowledge there own marketing either!!! Order number 33461

Avoid at all costs
0 stars if I could give it. Avoid at all costs. Liars. Dispute raised with Klarna to get a refund after being told they had processed the refund. I was then told the dispute had to be closed to get the refund. It was closed but guess what, no refund! Dispute once again raised with Klarna and was told by them never to close the dispute. Now Calmara won’t reply to emails. Klarna and all the other companies should not associate themselves with this company.

Hi Martyn, Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused. We can confirm your refund was processed two days ago. Please note that these procedures can take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider. Our customer support team also doesn’t operate during weekends, which might explain the delay in response. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, and we hope you’ll consider updating your review. – Tina, Team Calmara

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Avoid company! Advertise money back hassle free refund but won’t reply to my emails!! This is a scam do not buy!!!
Response from CalmaraofficialMay 6, 2025
Hi Nicols, We're really sorry to hear this, and it’s definitely not the experience we want for anyone. Without your order number, it’s hard to comment on your specific case — but just to clarify, we absolutely do offer a money-back guarantee. However, it does require that the rings are unused and not bent, as stated in our policy. If we refunded everyone without a valid reason, we wouldn't be able to keep the business going. That said, we’re truly sorry to hear you’re unhappy — please reach out to our support again with your order number, and we’ll do our best to sort it out properly. – Tina, Team Calmara

Avoid - scammers!
Would not refund me saying I had worn the rings even though I provided photos of the unworn rings in their plastic bags. Avoid at all costs, money grabbing scammers
Response from CalmaraofficialMay 7, 2025
Hi Christine, I’ve reviewed your case and can confirm the return was disapproved by our customer care team. As a wellness product worn directly on the skin, we unfortunately can’t accept returns that show any signs of use—even minimal—due to hygiene and resale standards. We’re very sorry this was your experience. – Tina, Team Calmara

It’s misleading. Not in the uk but china
It’s misleading. They have apprently uk registered company but the goods are sent from China so it’s not 3-5 working days delivery with Royal Mail like they suggest. No uk number to call. I made a massive mistake be aware
Response from CalmaraofficialMay 6, 2025
Hi Milena, Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify — our fulfillment is global and most orders are delivered within 4–6 working days. Unfortunately, occasional delays do happen due to local couriers, and that's sadly out of our control. We also don’t use a UK phone number because we serve customers worldwide — managing support for every region would be difficult, but our team is always available via email to assist. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed, but we do hope the product itself lived up to your expectations! – Tina, Team Calmara
