Ordered on 2nd June and received on the 9th - it’s not made clear up front how long delivery times are estimated to be depending on where you live. It arrived in a small white Jiffy bag inside a tiny suede pouch, not a good first impression, looked like it had just been thrown in there. No presentation box, no paper or card saying thank you for your order or here’s how it works or get in touch with us to let us know your thoughts etc. The ring itself seems sturdy but poorly made aesthetically - the magnets are all covered in glue (rather untidily like it was done in haste) and the inside of the ring does not match the very posh looking and probably AI made depiction on their website. As to if the ring does what it says it does, I will wear it even though I am sceptical and await the results. I am concerned however that this company are fleecing people out of their money as I imagine the markup is in the hundreds of %, based on the quality of the item. Would not buy again purely on item quality.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from Calmara. I contacted them via email on May 15th regarding a ring and bracelet set that didn’t fit, explaining the issue in detail and providing photos. I was assured I would receive a refund, yet weeks have passed, and nothing has been processed. Today is June 6th, and I’m still waiting. The lack of communication is frustrating, and I’ve had to chase repeatedly with no resolution. I expected better service, and this experience has been exhausting.

Ordered at the end of April. Now nearing the end of May and still not received. Shipped with Amazon and lost in transit. Informed customer services and they have said they need to investigate their end. Still waiting. No offer of a refund or replacement. Not impressed with how they have handled the issue.

Yet another company getting you with their "return policy for refund". Who buys an item, leaves it sitting there and then decdies to return it - people return things because they DONT WORK, advertising as a refund but then small print saying it has to be unused / unworn is ridiculous. People, be aware. You have a 14 day cooling off period by law, whether you have worn it or not, you are entitled to return for a refund even when you have tried something if it doesnt work. Hate it when companies play mind games with prospective clients. Theres no point in having a refund offer, if you have to leave it in its box before returning. I was bought mine by a friend, I knew it was all chaff and not something that would work, you need a calorie defecit to lose weight and a ring doesnt change your eating habits.The occasional time people are vulnerable enough to believe in somethign like this, that they do more exercise and eat better while wearing such a thing and its THAT which may lose them some weight not the ring. I did try it, for about 3 weeks and as expected NOTHING. Go high up, go to CEO etc, find the details on line. I have the order receipt from my friend if you want the order details. Their website says reviews 4.7/5 - well it would do as they probably only allow the ones on their site which are good. When you look on Trustpilot 3.2/5 and 40% of reviews are 1*. Thats where the honest reviews are - not on a firms own website where they pick and choose what to publish.

False advertising. Company is in china. Will not receive item. Will not supposedly be delivered by Royal Mail as stated, will supposedly take longer than advertised to arrive, but it won’t arrive as you will have been scammed!

Where do I start. Absolutely shocking customer service,don’t buy this ring as it’s a scam and they are fraudulent, I bought this and only tried it on for a matter of seconds,won’t issue a refund, as it’s been used!!! I had to try it on. I am still waiting my refund, I am emailing every day and nothing. My next step is seeking legal advice then contacting the police, don’t waste your money!!!! It’s a scam!!!!

Shouldn’t have to write this but I am !!! Absolutely disgusting customer service that now ignoring my emails ,no refund given just excuses and passed on to the next person to pass me on again all for a £29 for a bracelet that I never received that also got returned because the courier didn’t deliver for an unknown reason Been over 7 weeks now still no response I’m disgusted and disappointed refund should have been used the minute you got your item back I have all the proof and still nothing Refund policy should be binned

Received order fine but asked for a refund due to not suiting the colour of the ring. Got a response asking for details, then another response asking for photos. Last response said they’d be in touch in 3-5 business days and it’s now been 10 days. No further response and no refund for what is described on their website as “hassle free returns and refunds”! Please think twice about ordering from this website.
