Ordered on 2nd June and received on the 9th - it’s not made clear up front how long delivery times are estimated to be depending on where you live. It arrived in a small white Jiffy bag inside a tiny suede pouch, not a good first impression, looked like it had just been thrown in there. No presentation box, no paper or card saying thank you for your order or here’s how it works or get in touch with us to let us know your thoughts etc. The ring itself seems sturdy but poorly made aesthetically - the magnets are all covered in glue (rather untidily like it was done in haste) and the inside of the ring does not match the very posh looking and probably AI made depiction on their website. As to if the ring does what it says it does, I will wear it even though I am sceptical and await the results. I am concerned however that this company are fleecing people out of their money as I imagine the markup is in the hundreds of %, based on the quality of the item. Would not buy again purely on item quality.

Regarding the ring itself – it's made from durable stainless steel and the glue around the magnets is a premium adhesive that helps keep the magnets in place for long-term daily use. We’ve also recently removed the interior engraving for comfort, which might explain the difference from the imagery.
