SCAM
SCAM - you can’t return, they ignore emails, they make you jump through hoops, they say you can return if your not satisfied but it needs to be unused, instagram chat states it needs to be worn for 30 days first with no results, I questioned on why website says unworn and they say worn, ignored, I left a review elsewhere and was asked to get in touch so they can review it for me, I did, they never got back in touch I sent another…. Nothing! Save your money

Absolute crap!!
Absolute crap!!! Came in an envelope no box it nice packaging!! Having read the reviews after it’s clearly crap as they say losing weight and only had two days! I bought for pain but clearly a gimmick will def return! The bangle is huge too

Waste of money
Was disappointed with the packaging as I had bought it for a present, company gave the reason of now not doing the gift box as going eco friendly. The quality of the bangles were very poor, not how it’s advertised and hasn’t got the name stamped inside so never gave as a present as it does look fake. So thought I would give it a try, can you imagine no improvement on sleep or anything else is said it does. On the plus side it’s a nice piece of junk jewellery.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Ordered a ring as a gift and it didn't arrive. Contacted Calmara who have sent me multiple emails with no action, they even sent me someone else's delivery details as apparent proof of delivery. They have now sent me my own delivery details and stated that this is proof and told me I have to go to their delivery company instead, they have basically washed their hands of it.

Total scam
Total scam, have ordered 2 bracelets, came in 2 weeks from China. The quality is very poor for the price I paid, plus when I spoke with their customer services in regards returning them as I am not happy with the quality they have sent a return form which I completed and then they ghosted me completely. Have sent two follow up emails and nothing.

Please be cautious of this company
Please be cautious of this company. I contacted them within my 30 days return policy they asked for pictures of the ring and bracelet both in perfect condition only reason for returning was I found the bracelets edge was sharp. They told me to submit the online form to return I did this again within the 30 days the radio silence from them I sent two email chasers and a comment on Instagram then I get an email my return has been denied. I would advise all to be cautious of this company!

Not the high quality they advertise
Received the ring, It is nothing like the website, not branded, just simple metal no name like the photos on the website show, magnets are not magnets just some sort of metal glued in, the packaging wasn't protective, no box, just a flimsy unbranded black drawstring bag in a bubble envelope, it had been crushed or something as the ring was squashed and oddly shaped. It scratched and i have asked for a full refund with no reply.

The engraving has been removed to improve comfort for daily wear, and the magnets are real—just secured with a strong adhesive for durability. Awful quality and terrible customer service
These items are not genuine! I ordered two gold coloured rings. When they arrived they were poor quality and magnets were glued in really badly (if they are actually magnets). Both rings tarnished and scratched within 2 weeks even with very light wear. When I contacted them they refused a refund and after weeks of me keep asking them to resolve they would only offer replacements. I reluctantly agreed but rings have never arrived and this was weeks ago. When chased they claim to have forgotten to order the replacements but if they ever turn up I fear the quality will be as bad as the first two. I've now made a claim through my bank for a refund. Do not fall for it!
