Scam! Don’t waste your money!
UPDATE: even after Calmera reply to my original review, I emailed them as requested and even filled out the return form again and have still had NOTHING back from them! Completely ignored! It’s not that my original refund request was turned down as I have just never had a response. The rings are unworn and unsuitable so absolutely no reason the reject the refund request either. Excuses! DO NOT ORDER - SCAM!!! I cannot get the ring to fit comfortably or securely even with adjusting. I’ve email several times asking for a refund, was finally sent a link to a form to fill out which I did 3 weeks ago now and even after chasing twice have been completely ignored! Scam! Don’t waste your money!

Hi Georgie, I’m really sorry to hear this. We never ignore refund requests, so something may have gone wrong with the return process or form submission. Just to clarify, we don’t accept returns for used or worn items, which might be the reason your request was not approved. STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY
STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM APPRENTLY BEEN DELIVERED. I have sent 5 emails since this has apprently been delivered I have asked for refund so many time and now I’m not even getting a reply you’ve taken money from me and I have nothing to show for it please refund this isn’t fair

Hi Gracie, I completely understand your frustration – I would feel the same way in your situation. If the tracking says your parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, it’s possible it was delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Sometimes local couriers mark it as delivered slightly early too. If your item was truly not received, this is something we absolutely take seriously. We’ve helped many customers in similar situations get it sorted quickly. Please check the tracking details again and if there’s still nothing, we’ll do our best to look into it further. Nothing like the advertising 0*
Rings are made very cheaply, nothing like the adverts, no writing on the inside of the ring and the magnets look like there missing, I feel like I have got the sold the dream and Temu delivered it, can’t be bothered to send back for even more stress, and when you try to upload a 1* review it doesn’t save on the instagram site, that’s actually really funny

Hi Amanda, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're really sorry to hear you’re not satisfied. The older version of our ring did have visible magnet dots, and you’re right – that’s also what’s shown in some of the photos. However, we’ve recently updated the design to make it more comfortable for everyday wear, and the magnets are now built into the band instead. THE WORST COMPANY EVER
THE WORST COMPANY EVER They claim they have a money back guarantee and that they offer refunds the absolutely don’t and they will decline your refund for absolutely no reason at all and then ignore your emails. Avoid at all costs. I purchased two rings for around £30 for both, opened them, realised they were way to big and thick for the person I bought them for so emailed asking for a refund. They replied saying a bunch of nonsense about how the rings are adjustable (they’re absolutely not unless you are the Hulk), and then I kept asking for a refund declining all other options. They then sent me the return link to which I replied I had already submitted it so just give me the address to return the rings to. They then out of nowhere said they’re declining my refund and there’s nothing I can do. They then went on to ignore all my emails and totally avoid me. STAY AWAY TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE EMPLOYEES.

To clarify, our return policy clearly states that we cannot accept items that have been worn or used. This is primarily for hygiene and safety reasons. If the rings had been opened and tried on, that may be why your return request was declined. We do understand your frustration, and while our rings are adjustable for most customers, we also know everyone’s experience can vary. Poor Customer Service
edit - 07/09/2025 still battling to get a refund, no response from the company contacted Customer Service on 24/06/2025, very unhelpful response the following day, now not replying to any correspondence Looks like I have to contact my bank to resolve the issue!
