I have been trying to get my prescription order resolved for 3 weeks. People call me who cannot help at all. Never hear from the doctor. There is one doctor who is the absolute worst. Dr. Vasudsa Kaushik, just makes decisions without ever contacting your doctors or you. Not certain where he has his medical degree from, but it should be revoked.

I went online last week and made an appointment for the online treatment with a doctor. I waited the time stared and was asked for another picture which I sent. I waited for over another hour and called customer service. The representative told me it was being reviewed and she would make sure to follow up with the doctor. I waited a total of 4 hours and never received a response for treatment. I then called customer service again to see what the issue was and she said it would be sent over to the night staff! I then told her to forget it and I wanted a refund. I was told ok and she would send the information to the billing department. I called again two days later and was told it would take 3 to 7 days for the refund to process. It has been 7 days so I contacted customer service again and I was told the system stated a prescription was ordered for me which I never received an email about nor did anyone inform me that a doctor reviewed my paperwork after the last one didn’t respond back. I feel like I’m getting the run around and I just want my money back because I paid and did not receive any treatment.

So helpful, quick and affordable.

I wish there was such a thing as a minus star. This service lost my lab results and then refused to give me my blood pressure medication. They do not answer in a timely manner. Do not waste your time.

Signed up specifically for the flu visit. Listed all of my flu symptoms, and they didn’t prescribe Tamiflu or any other flu-specific medicine. Just an antibiotic and cold medicine you can get OTC. Oh, and it’s non-refundable.
