This is a great place to get treated by a Dr. without being pressured for an appointment and needing to be seen asap. However it did take a little longer than normal to get my prescriptions filled, But all in all it was good service and quick.

I love that it's discreet and I didn't have to go through so much to get help or my results. Didn't think I would get my prescriptions that fast as well.

Very simple to fill out consultation, very fast response and prescription sent to my pharmacy! Very pleased with this, and hope to be able to use them again if needed!!!

The whole experience was great! I've never used telehealth before and was nervous about the experience. My son was having pink eye issues and they had a whole section devoted to that exact issue. The website and process was easy to navigate, as well as understand their expectation of information needed. It did take a bit longer than they expected to get to our case and sent us an email letting us know if the current situation of influx of patients. With that hiccup being said, they offered 10% off my next visit without any complaint from my end. I thought it was great. The prescription was called into the pharmacy and filed and a followup email was sent. I highly recommend and do not feel intimidated, the process is easy.
