Callondoc was great. I was a little skeptical but I got my prescription for a toothache within 2 and a half hours. The sent an email informing me they would be a little bit late and also gave me a code to get 10 percent off next visit. I'll definitely use them again.

This place is a scam. They took 100 dollars and did not provide any services.

This is my 2nd time using CallOnDoc. I am so thankful for their service. My last day of our camping trip, I came down with an ear infection. I was able to get my prescription quickly. I was able to pick up my prescription on my way home. The person that helped me was Roy. He provided excellent customer service via email. Thank you SO much for being there for me. I know I'd be paying alot more at urgent care... I highly recommend them!! :)

This was my first time trying an online doctor and 12 hours later I'm still trying to communicate with anyone there. They do not do video chat, I had sent pictures that I don't know the outcome of and have not been given a time frame for any communication between anyone. In my opinion, they stole my money and it's a scam. I'm going to see an in-person doctor later today. ONLINE DOCTORS are not REAL it all ROBOTS. Just go see a real doctor that you can actually talk to. NEVER AGAIN!! Update: They have made a reply to this review asking for my phone number but have not given me any way to give to them. It's to make them look like a real company but there is no real way to communicate with them no email, no phone numbers. I should have looked for that before paying but these reviews made me think this was a legit company. I take full responsibility for being so naive but I will not be fooled again.
