Poor. While the prescription was sent out promptly, it did not provide the pharmacy all the info they needed. They tried multiple times to call callondoc, left multiple messages, and they never responded. Eventually they gave up but it took all day before I could get my prescription. Would not recommend

There was no consultation between me and the medical staff, and my prescription didn’t send to the pharmacy. Currently working on getting the prescription part sent.
