Very simple and effective

It was good until I needed a prescription for my daughter. The app asks for the information but at the end when you are reviewing it doesn’t show for whom the prescription is for. It should be changed to show who the patient is. It slowed the process because it required more back and forth when it could have been handled right there and then. Other that, what a great service.

So quick and easy

Everything was great, I got my prescription within 2 hours and afterwards they followed up to inquire about my issue to see if it was resolved. I was offered lab testing and assured if everything hadn't cleared up they would take care of another prescription so far. I'm still waiting on the results but I've appreciated how practical this experience has been.
