After filling in the medial form and submitting it. It took about one hour for them to review it and send in the prescriptions. Great experience. There was no need to talk to anyone.

This app is called “Call on Doc”… there was not 1 intere action with any person or doctor. Just clicking on symptoms or typing. I never got to ask questions, explain, or interact with any medical professional, or be given an instructions. I contacted their 24/7 customer service which is a JOKE!!! No one spoke with me, and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. And from this, prescriptions are administered. How is this LEGAL??? They have a ‘fake’ number to text/call which is 214.466.6618 or an email that they do not respond to. BUYER BEWARE!!!
