My little one and I have COVID and can’t get out and go into the Doctor’s office or store for multiple reasons, including we’re both in a lot of pain. I used this site to get medicine for her double ear infection and got to use the drive thru pharmacy so I didn’t expose anyone else and I got her what she needed within a few hours of initiating my online order. A provider called me to verify some information and it worked perfectly.

This site is all I will use unless it’s something serious. Why should you have to spend a ton and set an appointment, when you know you just need a simple antibiotic. Got mine done in 25 minutes. Total cost with prescription, 50 dollars. It’s not like the passing out OxyContin. Basic antibiotics you know, you need. Absolutely, loved it!!

I haven't had any issues with this company . They've mailed scripts to me as well sent them to my pharmacy. I get a reply thru email everytime I email them within 2 hours. There pretty on top of it. I'm happy with the service.

Worst experience ever. I have an injury and I'm expected to respond to them immediately and hobble over to my computer. Yet, they get to take hours to respond. They don't care at all. I sent my mri images and the report, which is what I was given and they say it's empty. I demanded my money back because they are extremely unhelpful. No one is helping me get the care I desperately need and deserve. I'm giving up now thanks to you guys. I'm done

Awful experience. I have been trying for over a week now to get a simple refill. First they sent the wrong medicine. Then I had to pay extra for prior authorization, but it has yet to go through. I have now been waiting for over a week on a medication I very much need. I have had to call my pharmacy and insurance more times in the last week than I have in the last ten years to try to get this fixed, but the issue has not been resolved and I have no choice but to give up and try another service. This was meant to save time for me as I look for a new doctor. It has been a complete nightmare. Do not recommend at all.
