OMG I woke up with a raging case of pinkeye the day before an important meeting; these guys had a prescription called in WITHIN 10 MINUTES! Filled out the super-simple online consultation form, took a quick snap of my eye and boom- prescription ready! I don’t often leave reviews but this was so, so incredibly fast and easy I had tell someone. I have used Callondoc twice previously (another case of pinkeye & for weight loss) and each time my medication was ready within a couple of hours. This time may have been faster because I was registered but it is fast & easy regardless. Highly, highly recommend for any minor medical needs (I am also a paramedic so sometimes skeptical about telemedicine) especially with urgent clinics so full right now. Anything easily documented with a brief medical history and photo can be handled here, and so fast! Take my word for it (I am not being compensated in any way) and use this service!!

Total scam they charged my account and no one is helping me they are keep e mailing the same thing. THIS IS A SCAM !!!!! FEDERAL GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT NEEDED ASAP.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The customer service sucks. They want you to text them with issues, but give generic responses. I could not get my issues resolved with them.

I saw the bad reviews on here and I was kind of freaking out bc I already paid and was waiting on a processing order. I sent them a message after 30 minutes of waiting just to make sure it was being taken care of and I received an immediate response and they even expedited my order to make me feel a but more at ease. I had my consultation abd my order called in, in less than an hour. I had a great experience.

Extremely convenient and fast.

Sent in wrong prescription with wrong quantity. I want a refund. I plan to file a complaint with the medical board in the state of the provider. Plus a internet complaint with the internet crime center, Its wrong to take money and not issue refunds when you don’t get what you paid for.

Very bad experience. I needed an MRI order to do an exam in my foot. I paid for the doctors consultation, and he sent the MRI order without any notes. They made me pay again 25$ just for him to send the notes so I could book the exam, and he didn’t send anything. The stole my money, and my time being a very stressful situation
