Amazing! I was dealing with a severe toothache and needed amoxicillin. I tried a different telehealth company and they took longer than an hour (promised to do it in under 40). I was already at the pharmacy. So I looked up CallonDoc. They had it approved in MINUTES!

Horrible service do not use! Took them all day all I got back was a million questions even after I filled out all paperwork. It’s a scam service. Finally canceled it and called bank to stop payment since zero services were rendered.

Sent request for an albuterol inhaler at 1 pm. Drugstores here close at 7 pm on Saturday night. I had to wait all afternoon and followed ip to check progress numerous times. It took over 5.5 hours to get a simple prescription for one inhaler completed, When I got to the drugstore it was closed. Apparently they changed their hours. So I have to hope nothing happens overnight.

CallonDoc is great as a concept and they can really save money if you have an issue that you feel you don't need a doctor appointment for. However, they care more about money than the health of patients. Case in point, my prescription came with a side effect that really concerned me at first. When I mentioned this to the CallonDoc specialists, their first reaction was to start a new consultation which costed money, followed by another prescription. Spoiler, this second prescription did nothing. I later found out I just had to stop taking the first prescription and the side effect went away. Being the medical experts that they claim to be, the CallonDoc people should have alerted me first that the prescription could have been the culprit. Of course, they'll take advantage of every opportunity they can to get patients to pay them. And you really have to fight for a refund and not let go. You'll likely have to thoroughly explain why the refund is warranted and deal with three or four physicians in the process.
