pathetic, user unfriendly, poor design for cust servive
pathetic. When you call a 24/7 phone number, NO PHONE NUMBER IS AVAILABLE !!! The web page only give you an option to but more minutes, when one can NOT even use the nimutes you already have !!!! The WORST!!! I rated this business 1 ONE star, because there was no way to give it ZERO stars!

Good service, but roll over the money,,;)))
Good service, clear connection. But when I add money , the money from last month is lost and it does not roll over. That is not a good business practice. It discourages me from adding money to my account.

Hi Tanya, Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. It would be very useful to get some details on what is the issue specifically, so we can start investigating this. For the moment, all we can do is recommend you to use our Star Rating feature for your next calls. You can select 1 star for poor quality calls and 5 stars for high quality calls. Your ratings influence strategic changes in your own call connections. For any questions, our Support Team is available 24/7. Great day ahead, CallMuangThai.com

Would be good if you guys do a refund
Would be good if you guys do a refund. Sometimes the customers made mistakes. Rather then that was perfect.
Response from CallMuangThai.comDec 20, 2019
Hi Pissamai, Unfortunately, we can't do refunds in this matter, because there is a clause on our website, that clearly says: "CallMuangThai.com is not responsible and will not offer any refunds for any loss you may incur in case of mistyping the recipient's phone number, choosing the incorrect operator or entering incorrect information." We can only advise our customers to double-check the number on the checkout page before proceeding with payment. Thank you for your understanding! CallMuangThai.com
