Bad connection
Bad connection, bad (female) customer service. I had to call at night (US) to get a good, polite, male customer service, who immediately solve my connection problem.

Very expensive 2.9cent to landlines and 3.5cent to mobile per minute call to Thailand.

pathetic, user unfriendly, poor design for cust servive
pathetic. When you call a 24/7 phone number, NO PHONE NUMBER IS AVAILABLE !!! The web page only give you an option to but more minutes, when one can NOT even use the nimutes you already have !!!! The WORST!!! I rated this business 1 ONE star, because there was no way to give it ZERO stars!

Stupid service! Specially regarding refund. They should not charge any transaction until its successful.

However, when you place an order online, the transaction will appear as pending on your bank statement. As the order you placed has failed and you were not charged by us, the pending transaction should disappear between 24 to 48 hours. Late renewal from CallMuangThai…
Late renewal from CallMuangThai resulting in a line cut and impossibility to make an urgent call home. Hard to understand since I gave my credit card details to make it as smooth as possible... still they have managed not to fulfill their part of the contract. Not reliable at all unfortunately, I was expecting much better indeed...

Hello, The impossibility to make a call was not due to your plan not being renewed, since you have subscribed to Thailand Unlimited, which means you always have unlimited minutes to call Thailand. The issue may have been caused by a faulty internet connection. In the future, please make sure you benefit from the best connection or try different connections if you have the possibility to do so. You can also try placing calls using an Access Number, to see if the problem persists. You can find an Access Number close you your location on this page: https://www.callmuangthai.com/access_numbers.
