I am annoyed that I can no longer check the account balance. I'm in Germany, but could always check it. Question? Why is that not possible at the moment?

The only thing we are displaying on the invoice is the balance you are recharging, we do not have access to the operator's systems to check previous remaining amounts. The sound is not good,sometime still speaking ,it cut off ,and we have to start to dial again,I think the sound from chat call line is better than your ,please improve the sound

The Caller ID is the number that will display on the screen of the person you call. We also recommend you to try calling using a local access number available for your location or the Offline Calling feature for the App. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet.
