You have been warned by all these other reviews, and sadly once again I failed myself and forgot to check here first b4 sign up. Let me say this. In order to activate a number you will pay first and then they say you must provide government ID with matching address. I had nothing and they do NOT refund you! Go straight to a chargeback as I am on Monday. REPEAT THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL HARRASS YOU.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. They will upsell when "helping you set up" and take more payments before you know it. Lesson learned. Card now blocked. Wish we had read Trustpilot before doing anything with them. Be WARNED, the bad reviews are the only genuine reviews.

Scam, activated two users instead of one, figured out theyre misleading in advertising they're saying its a free number for only $18/month. Then they activate two users charge me $36 and tell me i have to purchase credits. Tried to cancel but theyre not letting me

Signed up to see what I thought of their CRM. Within seconds of signing up I received a phone call from their sales team: that should give you an idea as to what to expect. Had a digital chat with one of their sales representatives who recommended their most expensive platinum package without even asking what my usage would be. Decided not to move forward, so I asked to cancel my account and have all personal details removed. But they kept sending out sales emails. The most interesting one was the one that started with, "just so you know, this is not a sales email". At that point I demanded they stop emailing me: we'll see if it works. Spend the money on a proper service that isn't just sleazy aggressive sales tactics. This is cheap bargain garbage.

Look at (click on) the accounts who leave five star reviews. These are people who get paid to leave such reviews. For instance, one of them writes 5 star reviews in perfect Dutch, French and English. Clearly, they post exactly what is asked from them. And callhippo is one of the companies asking for such fake reviews. It tells you where the money is spent that they scam off victim customers. Trustpilot could and should detect these types of reviews. Above review was left on June 30, 2020. UPDATE April 28, 2021: Again, folks, Trustpilot is an unmonitored dumping ground for fake paid reviews, they did nothing for all these months about it except now literally 10 months later, Callhippo asks me for detailed input about my account to be sent to multiple recipient addresses; well now I get to do work now for them digging up specifics, so that they can, what, refute facts in the review?

Complete scammers. Will say anything to get you to sign up. Avoid at costs.
