Call Hippo is basically just a scam operation ran out of India. Don't give them your credit card information. You will be billed random incremental charges for the most innocuous things beyond just the actual monthly subscription. You have to buy a number...buy calling/texting credits and support team will make non-refundable purchases on your behalf without consent. Speaking of their support team - they barely speak English. They haven't the faintest idea how to actually help with product issues. I suspect they have zero training. The brightside is the software SOMETIMES worked. So I was able to call clients every once in a while. Hence two star review.

Very scandalous company. Clickbait. Very sketchy and misleading sales tactics. Annoying interface. They are obviously just harvesting email addresses and other information and nobody would actually "buy" anything this company sells. This appears to not even be a real company but just a front for data mining.

Not reliable and bad voice quality so you can't trust it for important calls. iPhone app lacks a lot of usability and there are bugs.

Reviewed tool, spoke to a sales/specialist. Recieved a demo to go thru feature benefits and pricing. I then Purchased the silver package on 8/5 at 10amEDT. Then the sales person reach out and reminded me that if i want a dialer it is only available Platinum package. I asked how can i upgrade. he said pay for the platinum and you will only be charged the difference. Not once did the sales/specialist mentioned that you will need to pay for your calls in addition to the monthly fee. I purchased the platinum package. Was charged, 24+31+25. Recieve a prompt onboarding call, we walk thru setting up my team with access, and uploading our campaign. Campaign didnt work. Sent an email to the support team and onboarding at 1pm 8/5/2020 I requested a refund of service not delivered. They have been sending me auto generated templated email saying we have been trying to reach you but you are unavailable. all the while i have all the emails that showed my responsiveness via email. they have yet to issue an refund i am email as many people as i need to because this was by far one of the worse experience to date.

Account support are not helpful at all. No matter what the scenario is. No support in the COVID time. There are lots of better systems that are on offer that also are available 24/7 at a much more affordable rate for small businesses

Our company has offices and representative in several countries. We started with a UK number and all was fine. When we tried to add other numbers, they would tell us that they didn't have any numbers for those countries even though they advertise them on their main page. They say the have numbers for over 50 countries, but in the dashboard they only offer about 20. How are Ireland and Sweden not available? They are major business hubs. Also, the support is very short in their answers and very unhelpful.
