I don't see an option for 0 star because these people are not able to even talk to their client. The tell you to pay for power dialer but after you pay, they will keep you waiting for days and then tell you we need documents which you have already provided. They won't even tell what document they need. If you want to speak with them on phone, you have lost it already because they won't speak on phone. Definitely won't recommend.

So far, so good. Their support team is responsive. Jintu, assisted me through my questions. Just subscribed within the month. transferring from another phone service provider. Previous to that, we had a call center which of fees were astronomical.
