Extremely shady company. I had to cancel my plan 3 times and they never stopped charging me. A complete scam.

Garbage. I needed a VOIP for the Philippines and needed one as soon as possible. It initially looked like a good deal in which I first, I chose a number and asked for additional documents to be verified, in which took 3 days to confirm, (in which I had to reach out) not 3 minutes. Then in order to have it verified, they said I need to purchase the subscription to get it active. In which I did. $196 for an annual subscription. After purchasing, they said there is an additional $30/month to use the number. I was thrown a-back! More money they wanted for a service I have already purchase because they told me that I needed to get it activated. So now it's useless and overpriced. Even if they have a no-refund policy. I'm still in the midst of complaining how much of a scam this service is. I am livid. The transparency of their services, is little to non-existent. Shameful company and practice.

Would rate 0 if this was possible. Website advertised quick and easy 3 min step (which is oddly specific). I let sales respective know I was pressed for time, so I was really relying on this quick an easy set up they rave about. However only after taking payment they informed me they needed me to provided and verify further documentation (Which is quiet deceitful). I didn't have the time which they knew from the beginning but failed to mention this would be needed. So I asked to please cancel and refund as I hadn't received any product or services at this point. Which they refused and then informed me they have a no refund policy even if you don't get or use the services. So my advise is to stay clear from this company. The lack of transparency in communications with them was very dodgy. There are many providers with the same services and similar prices. Make sure to read their reviews!

Do not use this company for any toll free numbers, they neglect to tell you that you have to pay per minute to receive calls, then when you try to cancel and get a refund, they tell you "sorry, we have a no refund policy "

I wanted to get a Peruvian virtual cell phone number. They assured me that I could. After I signed up they told me it's not possible. Refused to cancel and give refund. Had to do a chargeback twice showing proof. What a scam.

If I could rate this with zero starts I would. Most stressful crap in my life. 1. Asked to port in my number. They said it would take 2 weeks. Okay, that is fine. Took more than 2 weeks more like almost 2 months. Okay, whatever we cancelled and went back to our old line Grasshopper. Grasshopper is really great! 2. Wouldn't let go of my ported number. Complained complained complained. They kept giving me the runaround saying that they need to get this from some rep. SO JUST LETTING YOU KNOW THAT CHAT IS USELESS, THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. 3. Said that they would cancel my account. Didn't tell me that I need to fill out a form. 4. Months later thinking everything was taken care of.... THEY ARE STILL TAKING OUT FROM MY ACCOUNT & I ONLY REALIZED IT 3 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE! 5. Went back for a refund. only gonna give me one month refund. Told me I didn't fill out some form even though I sent all the emails they asked me to. I totally went full on Karen. Worst company I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor & USE ANY OTHER APP BESIDES CALLHIPPO.
