SCAM! DONT BUY THEIR SERVICES! they sound very genuine at first, replying with live chat and stuff, but the service is very mediocre! the problem is not here, when i tried canceling my account and requesting a refund, NO RESPONSE! if the same thing happened to you, GO TO YOUR BANK ASAP and ask them to dispute the payment, you will 99% have your money back and block the card and get a new one so they cant take money from you

Do not make the mistake of doing business with this company. Not only did their product not provide the functionality indicated by thier salesperson they failed to cancel our account when we asked the salesperson who called us about a long term renewal. Suprised to see a charge for another year we contacted them immediately only to get the run-around by Customer Service and they haev refused to issue a refund for the renewal. We have given them every opportunity to do the right thing and they have refused every step of the way. We have reported them to PayPal and we are going to see if they issue us a refund before we file a Consumer Affairs complaint. Based on our experience, you can find a better company to do business with.
