When I recently ordered a paradym 7 wood, I received confirmation then heard nothing else. Fearing I was scammed I emailed them, but again, heard nothing. Then a few days later I received a despatch confirmation and within two days it arrived, beautifully packaged, fantastic condition. So not the best forward facing customer service, but 10/10 for the product etc ..

Do not select Express Delivery as it is far from it, still waiting 5 days later and at £9.95 it should arrive next day or at least the day after. Customer service are less than useless as well.

I have purhased some great golf clubs from Callaway preowned, exceptional products and value. Also their returns process is faultless. Great place for golf gear!

The website has not worked for ordering for 2 months now. Can't make any changes in my "cart". Why can't they get this fixed? It is extremely frustrating. They want you to call and place order. UGG

Fantastic customer service at a brilliant price. A few hiccups with the courier but Callaway were brilliant in sorting this out. Great product and some amazing offers!

I was sold a like new wedge and it is far from new. It has rust all around the face and chips. It is a terrible club especially rated for their "like new".

I've ordered woods before and was happy with the results, price and level of service. However, I never had any luck buying an Iron set with this company. Biggest problem is they use "Stock" pictures and not "Actual" Pictures of clubs your wanting to buy. The info they put on description is incomplete and lacks many important details. Doesn't tell your brand, size or condition of grips. Just sent back a set of PXG 0311 Gen3 Irons because condition was not nearly what I expected. Sent them back next day and they received back last Friday 04/19/24. I called and talked to Callaway rep Jordan Voltin and ask about time frame of refund and was told 2 or 2 1/2 weeks. REALLY!! They charged my credit card instantly on the spot, but takes over 2 weeks to refund your money. I'm telling you, I buy from all over the place and refunds are generally as fast as payment. Amazon usually refunds immediately or as soon as I drop item off at UPS. eBay, other online and sellers/places I deal with directly refund upon receipt of return shipment. Before ordering from Callaway Pre-Owned, check all you can before buying, because it's takes 2 weeks or longer to get YOUR money back. I find it simply Outrageous and completely uncalled for. If pictures would have been available, NO WAY I'm ordering them and wasting all this time! BTW, already got another set of PXG's same model and they were wonderful and over $150 cheaper.

Got two odyssey 11 putters..one for myself and one for my wife... Price shipped was €196 for the two clubs and the clubs were said to be in "like new" condition... Both clubs arrived today,both came with head covers and the condition of the clubs can only be described as brand new!! They look like they never saw a blade of grass,still height stickers on the grips,and still sticker on the cover reading removed after purchase... If I was to go online or go to the local shop..the price of the club are €279 each.. To say I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement. Absolutely delighted tbh.
