CaliforniajacketReviews of californiajacket.com

I buyed the Goku Puffed Jacket and choose the wrong size, they give you a lot of options to refund it or exchange it. Really quick response compared to others!

I had a very nice experience. Although my costume arrived later than expected based on the free delivery date it is somewhat understandable due to how busy October can get. My e-mails were always answered and the costume itself was of great quality. Couldn't be happier with how the costume turned out and I am glad it came in time for halloween.

The quality of the final product was above and beyond what I hoped for or even saw in pictues. I found found my forever store for character outfits and cosplay clothing. All I can say is "Shut up and take my money!" I can't wait to purchase from California Jacket again!!!

I ordered a Loki variant jacket from these guys and the quality was amazing! Their team is very responsive to any problems. I even decided to order some more items from them.

Ordered a jacket based on availability and delivery date on website. Item was not in stock, rather delivered from Pakistan a week after the order. Needless to say, even with an extra week to meet a deadline, the jacket didn’t arrive. Customer service is of no help and not responsive. Buyer beware.

I ordered a hooded jacket for a Halloween costume (Front Man's from Squid Game), and I received it in 20 days. This may seem like a long time but, considering that California Jacket was probably inundated with orders for this due to the show's extreme popularity, I was not only impressed with receiving it in time, but also the quality of the product. It looks spot on, doesn't feel like it's made from cheap fabric, and seems durable. I will say that I never received shipping confirmation or a tracking number, only an order confirmation. This was resolved quickly by contacting them and asking about it. I'm very happy that I ordered from them and will consider them again!

This company is a fraud. I ordered an item for a Halloween Party, and went back and forth trying to get confirmation of a shipping date. They finally confirmed it would arrive by a certain date. That day came and went. No response. Finally had to pursue a refund.

I ordered The frontman jacket (from squid games) and was unsure which size to order initially. I was able to use the sizing guide to help measure the size necessary. After placing the order and reading other reviews, I was contacted my California jacket regarding my order. They were very supportive in making sure the product got to me in time for the event I needed it for. The jacket arrived in time, is high quality, and fits perfectly. 10/10 would recommend this company for custom work.
