CaliforniajacketReviews of californiajacket.com

This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customer is satisfied. The quality and speed of their work did not disappoint. Had a hiccup with sending in the right measurements and they worked with me to get everything sorted out! All around good experience.

I was excited to learn that California Jacket had produced a Loki Variant Coat - As someone who has a handful of prop replica's in my collection I was skeptical to get my hands on a coat based on Filson's. My initial order was fulfilled and unfortunately I received the wrong size. Mistakes happen, but I was surprised to learn that I'd have to pay an additional shipping cost for a second - corrected coat. I agreed, however, and received a corrected version VERY quickly. Working with Elisha on correcting order issues was a pleasure. It's obvious that California Jacket cares about how its perceived by it's customer as it grows it's business. I will definitely consider them for future purchases.

I ordered a the Loki Variant shirt and tie, and although it came a bit later than expected, they made up for it in good customer service. Elisha Peter Evans was quick to respond and was there for any of my concerns. The fit was perfect and reflected the pictures on the website. Definitely would consider ordering from them again.

Cool products, good customer service. I would buy from this company again.

First time ordering and I am pleased. I received the Gunpowder Milkshake jacket in L. It was a little pricey but since it is a rare find and decent quality it’s worth the price especially with the ease of delivery and customer service is good. I received my package quickly as well. It was packed well and included a dust cover. I would purchase again.

Elisha Peter Evans is one of the most respectable and understanding people when it comes to your orders! The jacket here is incredible, and the details are unique from my Selena bomber jacket! If you need an exchange or return, no problem when it comes to this company! They are willing to compromise and do what is best for the customer! GREAT SERVICE!❤️‍🔥✨

I recently purchased the Loki shirt and tie and they came in fast and looks amazing. Tried it out and it fit great. Customer service was amazing and they took care of me do to a address error. Very kind and will be purchasing more from them

I ordered the bon jovi concert jacket which I was very impressed with the packaging, quality and the design. The jacket size I initially order was larger than I hoped but Elisha offered me options for a smaller size at minimal cost and responded immediately. Customer service has been fantastic and look forward to using the company again in the future.
