I order the N7 Mass Effect Leather Jacket and the quality was fantastic. The jacket was everything I hoped for. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for myself however, and inquired about exchanging the jacket for a smaller size. Customer service responded to me in a detailed, timely manner assisting me with the exchange and I will be receiving my smaller sized jacket soon! Based on the quality of the jacket would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a product again from their lineup.

But it was the quick response in correspondence to suggest options to up size for extra large which was more suited for me around my shoulders.
