I've been trying for a few weeks now to get a refund.
The shoes I received were so cheap looking.
Customer service just keeps putting me off saying they will get back to me, but they never do.
Update: Finally received an agreed upon 50% refund.

Poor quality for the price—avoid.
I saw an ad on Facebook for snow boots, but the pair I received was very poor quality compared to the high price I paid. When I tried to return them, the company told me I had to ship them back to China at my own expense.
What’s frustrating is that the boots originally arrived from Pennsylvania, USA, shipped by an individual. This is a very dishonest way to do business and makes returns nearly impossible. I’ve had a terrible experience and would not recommend trusting Caliboot.

I ordered 2 pants suits and a skirt
I ordered 2 pants suits and a skirt. None of the items fit. Way roo small even though I ordered3X for the pant suits and 2X for the skirt. The pants I could not get over my hips. Way too small in sizes. I askedxabout return processes and finally got a response to ask for pictures and measurements. I will just donate the items to Goodwill. Beware of the sizes.

You will not receive the same item you seen on their website
They provided the wrong size of the item I ordered. I contacted them and they told me, I needed to pay the return postage to China. Why should I pay the return postage ? When it was their fault in the first place. The item is of poor quality , does not even look like the item on the picture they posted on the their website. Do not buy from this site ! It’s a rip off !

If an incorrect size was sent, that is something we would absolutely want to review properly.
