I couldn’t find any other place that had black half boots that orange is plain black and no design those classy like these

It took forever to get my coat and it was not as described. I am grateful for the credit that has been given. Hopefully what I got on credit is accurately described and is delivered in a timely manner.

For starters, what i received was nothing remotely close to the picture on the website. This website is a scam. I wouldn't pay $5 for the item they sent me. To add insult to injury, now they want me to pay for the return. Stay away from this website! It's been 3 weeks now going back and forth with useless emails.

Ordered a jacket, sweat pants and a matching sweater as well as a dress. Absolutely overpriced, return almost impossible since the company sits in China and the quality is beyong crab. I donated all of it.

I ordered 'winter' boots. I should have checked this company's reputation before ordering. The boots arrived from Morocco, too small for the size ordered and not suitable for Canadian climate. This company only ships to countries that obviously will not return items to China, as the shipping cost is more that the cost of the item! Scam warning! Finally, after complaining to customer service, they offered to refund me 50% of the amount I paid. Will never order again and do not recommend. I'll give the boots to charity.

Website says 5-8 business days for shipping. It has been over a month since I ordered and still have not received. Item will not make it in time for my event.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Caliboot, didnt realise they were getting delivered from China. When they eventually arrived they were of very poor quality and material. Contacted Caliboot for a returns address and a full refund, only to be told that they would have to be returned to China which I would be liable for the postage before I would get a full refund, the postage to China would be more than what I paid for my trainers. I got told I could keep the item and receive 75% of my order value as store credit. What company operates like this. If ordering from Caliboot please check were your order is getting shipped from.
