Ordering and navigation of the site was pretty easy. The lose diamond came in a timely manner. The diamond is beautiful. We had it set in an existing setting by a local jeweler. It’s amazingly better than the previous stone! Thank you!

Hi Russell, thank you for this comment! Glad ordering and navigating the site was easy, and that the loose diamond arrived on time. Hearing it's "amazingly better" than the previous stone once your jeweler set it is exactly the upgrade we hope for! Thank you for choosing Calavera!

I just placed an order on Calavera New…
I just placed an order on Calavera New York, and let me tell you, the experience was a rollercoaster of excitement and disappointment. The item I wanted was in stock, but when I checked out, they only offered one size, and it didn’t fit. Customer service was slow to respond, and when I finally got a reply, they said they’d refund me-but only after a week. Not exactly the seamless shopping experience I expected. Still, I’ll keep browsing, because Calavera has potential. Maybe next time I’ll get lucky.
Response from Calavera New YorkSep 9, 2026
Hi there, thank you for the honest, detailed feedback, even though it's not the experience we want anyone to have. We're sorry only one size was available at checkout for an item that showed as in stock; that's a real gap between what the site displays and what's actually orderable, and it shouldn't have happened. We're also sorry the response time was slow and that the refund is taking a full week to process, we're taking that seriously. If it's not resolved yet, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll personally make sure it's closed out. Thank you for saying you'll give us another shot; we'd like to earn that!

The quality of stones and the ability…
The quality of stones and the ability to narrow our choice based on a variety of variables made selecting stones very easy. We were able to identify what was most important and then order the stones and, in person, make a final decision with confidence and return the remaining stones easily.

Hi Jim, thank you for this comment! We are happy that the filters made it easy to narrow things down to what mattered most, and that being able to compare in person before deciding, with an easy return on the rest, gave you the confidence to make the right call. Thank you for choosing Calavera!
