Cal.com, IncReviews of cal.com

I used Cal for many different businesses I own and side projects I started, from local service businesses to SaaS and digital products, and it's BY FAR the best scheduling software I've ever used. I've tried all of them, and this has gone beyond my expectations. If you're solo, the free plan has all the features other platforms charge for, and I've found that they work better. It's super easy to embed into your websites or sales funnels, and finally, IT IS OPEN SOURCE. As a Free and Open Source Software enthusiast, it really means a lot to me to see open source software outperform their competition. Also, their customer support is extremely quick and very helpful. I 100% recommend. Keep up the good work team!

I had a problem with Stripe reporting income from Cal.com that was not mine. I reached out to them to help me figure out where the income was coming from. They did everything they could to get to the bottom of the problem. They were so pro-active, searched their database for my email account, kept in contact with me every day and bent over backwards to solve my problem which wasn't there's to begin with. I wish I had that kind of customer service with any account that I have! They are fabulous at being helpful. I am blown away by their involvement in wanting to help.

Love the UI/UX, way more features than calendly offers in the free version. Super easy to use & great support as well. Love the software!

I am fully satisfied with that tool. I used to work with Calendly, which is complicated and expensive. I moved to Tidycal, which is cool and cheap, but with limited features. And finally Cal.com which has tons of features in its free version! Moreover, the helpline is very efficient.

Cal.com is super simple to set up, extremely intuitive and the free functionality blows away every other tool I've used before. I'd been very loyal to Calendly.com, but didn't feel like paying a subscription for multi-calendar use. Cal.com has that free out of the gate. I switched and within one day was a fan and began recommending it to others.

As a small business owner, finding tools that streamline operations while offering a personalized experience for my clients is invaluable. Cal.com has been an absolute game-changer for my business, allowing me to create customized, efficient booking and scheduling processes that elevate the client experience. Recently, I encountered a software issue that left me contemplating whether to reach out to Peer, the Co-Founder and Chairman. I decided to do so, and I’m so glad I did! Peer responded promptly, addressed my concern immediately, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. His approach was not only efficient but also incredibly personable and caring, which is rare when dealing with executives at this level. My interaction with Peer solidified my trust and confidence in Cal.com as a company that truly values its users. Knowing that the team behind the software genuinely cares about the success of its customers makes me even more committed to continuing my business with them. Cal.com has set the bar high, both in terms of software functionality and customer care. I’m excited to see how they continue to innovate and grow, and I wish them tremendous success as they further develop their platform. Highly recommended to any business owner looking for a reliable and client-focused booking and scheduling solution!

Excellent product, with a very intuitive interface and lots of features (even for the free tier)! As a student this makes finding mutually beneficial times SO much easier. I love how you can sync it with your google calendar, and I can choose which exact calendars to sync it with. They also have excellent support, and when I had a question I promptly had an actual person reach out to help me out!

I use cal.com for all of my calls. Best scheduling tool out there. All team members of Cal I spoke to are friendly, solve issues quickly and are focused to help. 10/10
