Customer service is great with responding as soon as they can. However I run into an issue of my API key not working when I upgraded to teams account just because I wanted to turn on my SMS notification I wish they would just allow to upgrade with no other crazy changes if I wanted SMS notification I shouldn't have to be upgraded the team's account or maybe you fix their API on the teams account I don't know anyways overall not bad.

The help was great, downside was the waiting time (which I was aware of, does not make it go faster tho).

Wish I could say 4.9 - Just want one feature added and it would be a 10/5 product. I am HUGE fan of Cal, I have my team on it, and promote it to anyone that has any other calendar product.

It's a great app for sure. Just wishing they'd add seat tracking. Customer support is a bit slow, the AI bot can be faster sometimes and is well designed, asking for clarification before answering.

Great product that takes away so much pain in planning and conferencing! We still need a couple of specific features and improvements, but we're sure they'll get there! That's my missing star, to make this 5/5 We're also delighted by the great support from Milos! Keep it up man.

It's really easy to set up and use and I strongly recommend it. I just gave it a 4 star cause I had a hard time finding the chat option to talk with the support team. This should be available when I click on the HELP button. But instead, I was dragged into a discord channel (????). It was so confusing and frustrating. But after I found it, they were so nice and solved my problem really fast.
