Please do not book a cabin with this company! The staff is very rude and unprofessional - 1st check in was delayed. Basic necessities were not provided there was no wi-fi, batteries were not provided for the tv remotes, cabin was not cleaned well we found beer cans from the previous guests. The jets in both whirlpool tubs were broken. And the staff has been rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend anyone and sincerely regret spending money here. The experience I have received has been unacceptable

I had a great time and only had 2 issues. 1. The cabins are too crammed together. 2. There is a terrifying road with a 50 foot drop off to one side rock wall on the other. Only one car can fit across at a time.

We drove 6 hours and got there at check in time. They told us the cabin hadn’t been cleaned so we stood in the parking lot for over an hour until they gave us the keys. We got to the cabin and they were still cleaning. We did get in until after 6. When we went to use the grill that night, someone had shut the valve so tight you couldn’t operate it. We later found out one of our friends watched the cleaning person go to turn it on to clean the grill, look around to see if anyone was looking and then leave it. We called them about it and they said someone would come fix it in 2-4 hours. It wasn’t fixed until sometime the next day. The hot tub wasn’t usable until 10 that night because they drain it and refill it, which is fine, but they didn’t clean it until 6. They also left out that the water smelled like sulfur and we should probably bring our own water to drink. The showers smelled disgusting. We couldn’t get into our cabin for over 2.5 hours, or use the grill, and received no compensation for it.

After driving 7 hours to get to the cabin from my home town and arriving at 4pm when we thought we would be able to check in, we were told our cabin was unavailable. Two emails I received contradicted one another about check in time, one stated check in was AT 4pm and the other saying it started at 4pm, ("started" as in there could be a delay). We ended up not being able to check in until almost 3 hours later. With a 7 month old and 3 other children under the ages of 10 this was very inconvenient and frustrating since there was no where else for us to go at that time. Not to mention the staff was rude and once we got into our cabin not everything was completely cleaned and there was no compensation for our late check in or the issues we encountered. When I called to speak to a manager, I was denied by one employee and basically was told to get over it. I will not stay here ever again.

Great cabin besides the water not being hot when we first arrived, but it was fixed after we called maintenance. Beautiful cabin .

Cabin and view was amazing! Hot tub worked well. Priced reasonably. Had no issues during our week stay at the smokies. Bed sheets were not had lint/ hair but had brought my own anyway so no problem to me.

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our weekend stay with Cabins of the Smoky Mountains. We had an issue with the hot tub not working and their repair man was at our front door within an hour. The place was as advertised and the booking was simple. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was nice and clean. It was well maintained. I had no issues and will definitely consider using them again when I return to Gatlinburg
