Cabinetgiant has been great! The service was quick and helpful; the cabinet quality is excellent; and the assembly was pretty easy. We had a positive experience every time we called or emailed. We are very happy with our cabinets, both quality and price. Thanks Cabinetgiant! You saved us money and the outcome has been top notch.

I wavered between 4 and 5 stars. The reason I gave 5 is because I would recommend this company and the product. I started contacting Cabinet Giant in May after talking to a niece who had used them previously. She recommended them. I bought their Signature Pearl cabinet in their Diamond collection which is on their higher end of product. I worked with Tarah King and based upon how many times we communicated through e-mail (mostly) and on the phone I am sure she is tired of me. She is AWESOME! She helped me ever step of the way. I had so many questions. I didn't end up placing my order until August after many additions, subtractions and many questions. I compared their product to others: the 1/2 all plywood box, 3/4" drawer and face frames and dove tail drawers are all comparable to high end cabinets. I did have some damage: a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" decorative facing was damaged and one face frame was cracked once I opened the box. But these were quickly replaced and the replacements were in great shape. I am not quite done with my full install (have not installed base cabinets, drawers or roll outs) but based upon what I know I do not expect any issue, and if I do, I know Tarah will help me. I will say that the cabinet assembly is not for a novice. You should have some basic DYI skills and tools. Rubber mallet, good phillips screw driver, glue and clamps are all that is needed but I used a cordless screwdriver in some locations especially installing corner braces of the base cabinets. I could not believe how easy (and fun) it was to put together the dove tails, I was really worried about this but all joints are nice and tight. The only negative thing I have to say is like others, I found the assembly instructions very non-descriptive. The images were ok, but in cases where there were several packages of screws (mostly in the bases where drawers and cabinet doors are used) it was difficult to be certain what screw went where. I had to count the locations of the screws, and compare that to the screw count and sometimes measure the screw. Also, had a few cases where there were not enough screws, mostly on the 1" screw which are used on the corner braces and the back side of the drawers. Also had some screws that were damaged. But this was quickly rectified by a run to local hardware store. So, IMHO, I would use Cabinet Giant again. I hope their assembly instructions are improved, identifying where each screw is used, throw in a couple extra screws of each style, just in case if lost or damaged and finally give Tarah a HUGE raise for having to deal with me all summer !!! Thanks, I can't wait to show Tarah the finished product.

service and quality are great. MY only suggestion is that your website clarify which cabinets need end panels. I thought it indicated I needed to be and end panel and I did not need it.

Took many weeks to receive a cabinet that had obviously been returned once and was poorly packaged. While not pristine it was not worth returning and waiting more weeks.

I highly recommend CG for your next cabinet project. High quality, professional & friendly service, and best of all; A great value. Donna at Cabinet Giant was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I submitted a sketch of my idea for our kitchen and CG made some suggestions and returned 3D drawings and layout which were great. Excellent quality cabinets were all wood and easy to assemble. A couple of doors had a crack in them and CG was very quick in getting us the replacements.

I ordered my cabinets over three years ago. Due to a series of financial and personal setbacks, we are just now installing them. I was just looking at some of the 1 and 2 star reviews and I would like to just say: DIY is obviously not for everyone. I found the experience with CG to be easy and efficient. Communication was prompt and courteous and any questions were answered to my satisfaction. When the shipments arrived, we inspected the boxes, opened the ones that were damaged and arranged for CG to replace any damaged pieces, which they did with no problem. Since the cabinets were discontinued, we just had to hope the others were undamaged (which they were) I have no doubt that if I called them today, they would do anything they could to assist me. The hardest part of the whole process was trying to figure out how to e-mail pics from my camera. (no easy feat for me) Fast forward a few years and the cabinets are assembled with no problem--a few tweaks here and there, such as glue and ring shank nails for extra stability. I spent around $4000 for cabinets that I priced at $11,000 at a box store. I laughed at some of the poor reviews--they are obviously from people who expected a $38,000 professional kitchen remodel for a $5000 DIY price. If you are not an experienced DIYer, this is a very ambitious first project, but if you know your way around some power tools, then CG is a great choice for inexpensive cabinets that look like you spent WAY more. Also, shipping seemed to be an issue for some of the bad reviewers--if your schedule is so tight that you can't absorb any shipping delays, then maybe go the $38,000 route, because 'stuff' happens. And why are you not ordering well in advance to allow for delays or glitches in assembly? That being said, our shipper was awesome and on time. It is difficult to get to our house, but he did it, bent his trailer doing it and was jovial the whole time. Overall, great experience, and I would definitely do again.
