Very easy to assemble. Good quality wood cabinets.

The cabinets shipped in just a few days even with special order pieces. Everything arrived in perfect shape. A few small drawer pieces were misplaced, and the replacements were shipped immediately even though it was a holiday. Pleased as can be! Highly recommend.

I love my cabinetry so much and the quality and finish is amazing. Customer service is fast and very efficient, not to mention very friendly and helpful and cares about their customers every step of the way- especially after the purchase process is complete. They care to help you if you need assistance a lot later in the process and need to replace a part. Thank you 😊🙏. Great Cabinets and a Great Value We have used Cabinet Giant several times, and will use them again on the next project. I think the product is a great value and fairly quick to assemble. A few items that could be improved upon include: making sure the door swings are correct when they produce the design/order, ensuring the right cabinets are included when picking up, and better instructions/videos would be helpful. It is important to note Cabinet Giant immediately corrected the issues, when brought to their attention, so customer service is good.I will recommend them to other investors.

They sent me the wrong doors, and responded promptly saying the correct ones were on the way. That was in November and they're ignoring my emails asking for tracking info two months later. I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

I am very happy with the quality and quick response from Cabinetgiant. I am a DIY home owner so enjoy assembling the materials and producing a great finished product. Only thing I am waiting on now is the credit to my account for my returned sample door. Thank you Cabinetgiant!

Overall great cabinets at a good price..customer service was a little lacking, of my 3 attempts at talking to an actual person only 1 was successful. My custom size cabinets took 8 weeks to arrive..(website said 3-4 weeks which is totally reasonable and its during covid so no real complaint there just threw the reno off a little) they came beautiful and un-damaged, packed really well. Only real suggestion would be making some short to-the-point youtube instructions to follow for assembly. Not only would this be great for the company but would help us out as a DYI homeowner :}. We found 2 videos..1 of basic assem.with no drawer guidance. I was recommend Cabinet Giant from a close friend who herself just ordered and had installed their cabinets..and she was referred by another friend who also chose Cabinet Giant , both of which are very pleased. P.S. Estes shipping is a joke lol

Cabinet Giant was great to work with! Customer service was friendly and helpful during the design and ordering process. The cabinets were easy to put together and outstanding quality. Love our new white Shaker cabinets with the soft close feature and drawers that open fully. Would definitely use Cabinet Giant again and recommend to anyone redoing their kitchen.
