I recently received the orderet Loftie clock, and thus far it seems like a great product. The details are discrete and tasteful. The standard functions in regards to the alarm itself are soothing and enjoyable. After receiving the product another delivery e-mail got sent my way. The costumer service was readily available to clear up the issue without any more trouble or double-payment. Based on my own experiences with the product and customer service, I recommend the first and reassure you that if you need the second it will be just fine!
