Thanks for your help, Joymaeh. With your help, I removed the "Red" display, which was almost unreadable on my clock. I restored the normal display at full brightness. It is easier to read than the red numbers, but still too dim to easily see from a distance. Thanks again for your quick response. It is greatly appreciated. Phil.

Super customer relations. The reply to my questions were so fast. Seriously, it took 3 minutes to get back to me. Must be a Customer Support record. :-) They are really friendly and professional. That alone was enough to make a purchase. I felt if there were any issues, which I am not anticipating, it would be dealt with easily and effortlessly. Loftie really are a customer centric company.

I was surprised by how quickly my email to customer service was answered. And by the friendly and sympathetic tone which you dont always get from customer service representatives. Grace also provided some very useful and practical tips to solve the problem of the missing package, one of which worked. Extremely pleased with the level of service.
