We just finished a trip that took us from a cruise straight into the Orlando theme parks, and staying at the Ette was the absolute sanctuary we needed to escape the seas of humanity. The biggest surprise of the room was the Loftie clock. We became so obsessed with the ‘Trout Run’ soundscape that it was the first thing I bought when we got home. I actually ended up ordering a second one for my daughter, but ran into a stock issue on the website. I reached out to support and Grace was incredibly helpful. She handled everything personally and made sure I could get the gift ordered without any hassle. It’s rare to find a product that actually lives up to the hype, but even rarer to find a company with this kind of customer service.

Après des échanges ultra détaillés et dans ma langue, nous avons pu résoudre le problème. J’ai donc rien à redire aussi bien sur le produit, que sur le service client, qui sont au top et à l’écoute !

Support was helpful in resolving an issue. The clock itself is nice. Lots of free sounds included and it has a clean modern look.

The Trustpilot representatives (Grace, Joymae and Carolina) who helped me with my return were exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout the process. I really appreciated their help getting me a return shipping label, acknowledging receipt of the item, processing the return, asking for information that would be helpful to them and finally making suggestions to help me on my end confirm that the credit had been processed.
