I reached out to Loftie's support team after losing a small plastic piece from the top of my lamp during a move, not even a part they sell. Without hesitation, they tracked one down and shipped it to me for nothing more than the cost of shipping. That kind of response is rare. Loftie went out of their way to actually solve my problem. The communication was fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. This is the kind of customer service that makes you trust a brand long-term. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with logging into the app. After I sent in a request, I got a quick and personalized response with clear instructions about how to solve the problem. I was able to accomplish what I needed, but I didn’t get back to them. Then, someone else followed up with me to make sure it had all worked out. It was superb customer service, and I am very happy.
