BydeeReviews of bydeeaus.com

I’ve purchased several bikinis from Bydee over the years, and I’m always impressed by the beautiful designs and exceptional quality. The pieces are well made, flattering, and definitely worth the investment. Their customer service has also been outstanding every time I’ve needed assistance with sizing or returns. The team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special shout out to Alyssa for her amazing support and assistance. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Bydee, for consistently delivering such a wonderful customer experience!

Kaye was so much help! I had a lost package and she kept notifying me that there where contacting the carrier and eventually got to the point that the package was officially lost and she re-ordered all my items and really helped me through the whole process. I love the brand I’ve shopped many times before the bikinis are amazing the quality 10 out of 10. Grateful that I will get my new package soon! Thanks again Kaye from the Bydee team!

Alyssa was so incredibly helpful and communicative guiding me through the size exchange process. I absolutely love all of my sets and recommend them to all my friends. This brand truly values great quality in their products and cares about their customers. Couldn’t be happier with my continuing experiences and orders with this brand!

Bydee customer service was very helpful and honest. They did all they could to help me receive my package when the delivery service kept messing up. They were super responsive and explored all options to try and help me. The quality of the product is unmatched.

Amazing customer service and love the bikini!

Unreal customer service, ordered a dress and it was too small and I reordered straight away, they dispatched it within an hour and refunded my previous purchase. I cannot fault the level of customer service! Reordered the dress and it arrives the next day. 🩷

Placed an order which was delivered promptly but unfortunately the sizing wasn’t quite right… accurate but just a little tighter than I would like. I emailed Bydee direct to confirm my options given the items were in the sale and they were amazing! Alyssa resolved my query in such a timely manner - not something you often see these days, especially with a 12hr time difference! I ordered some different items in the correct sizing and am absolutely in love with them: I feel amazing - not something I thought I’d say having not long had a baby! Bydee is my new, only only, go-to for swimwear!

Love the brands peices, they were really great when asking about 1 faulty peice, i have 4 sets from them and only 1 of the bottoms were faulty with 1 of the sets, i have just brought the new dress and have checked it over it’s absolutely perfect and the new white swim shorts are good quality and thick xx
