The directions are totally insufficient. I thought they were completely broken and it was so hard to figure it out. They are difficult to use and take a long time to ship.

Hey Niko, thanks for the honest feedback. We do provide refunds on our products however we do not cover return shipping. We're sorry you're unhappy with the size of the dumbbells although adjustable dumbbells do tend to air on the buliker side. Measurements for the products are listing on every product page. Quality is excellent on the dumbbells. Unfortunately the dumbbell stands were of subpar quality with rusting noted at several sites. Additionally one of the dumbbell stands was never shipped and a repeat order had to be placed delaying delivery by an additional month.

Great product and great communication throughout the process. It took a few weeks since the product was coming from overseas but they always responded to my questions and kept me up-to-date regarding the timeline and process.

Our barbell and weights never arrived. Thankfully, we were reimbursed, but it was multiple months waiting for it to ship, then waiting for it to arrive and then it being lost in shipment.

Hey Gail unfortunately it sis possible for carriers like UPS & FEDEX to lose items sometimes. We have partnered with ROUTE to offer shipping protection on all orders but I'm glad to know that you got your refund in a timely manner.

Absolute garbage products. I received the wrong weights with one in lbs and the other in Kgs. I never got my bench and will be pursuing a chargeback. Stay away.
