I placed my order 3 months ago and still haven't received my dumbbells. I've been informed through emails it's due to shipping delays. Way too long to wait as I've already made two payments.

I ordered the Adjustable Dumbell 2.0 December 4. When I placed my order, the website said it was in stock and expected shipping was 2-3 weeks. After I checked out, I got a message about delays but that the estimated shipping was 3-4 weeks. The dumbbells arrived 7 weeks after I ordered them. I contacted customer service a few times before they arrived, and all they did was assure me they would arrive and make promises that were not met. Once they arrived, one of the plastic bases was broken. The base is 100% required for full functioning of the product (the weights will not come off without the piece that broke in shipping). Again, I contacted them expressing my disappointment. They assured me they’d send me a new base, and estimated 2-3 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t even gotten shipping notification. The one dumbell that works is nice. But I’m super frustrated with the whole experience.

I ordered my equipment 6 weeks ago and despite me continuously checking in to see if I was sent a tracking number, I’ve gotten nothing but “due to covid your order is delayed” and they don’t seem to care that they have completely wasted 6 weeks of my time and have no intention of sending me any equipment.

Well, it took 3 months to receive (was told 4-6 weeks upfront). The locking mechanism on one of the dumbbells is not smooth, and it takes effort to slide it to differen't weight settings. It also only took a couple weeks for one of the discs to come loose while I was working out. I got hit in the toe by that disc and am lucky it's not broken (I hope, just extremely purple). Do yourself a favor and buy some regular weights.

I have been using their kettlebell for about a few months and to be quite honest it's pretty terrible but better than nothing. There are six 5 pound plates which would make the total 30 not 40 lbs like I ordered. I'm assuming the base is about 10lbs to make up the difference, but there was no information about this included, on the website, or via customer service. Putting the plates on and off is not easy. It's very clunky and I often struggle to open up the lock. Third, when I do any movement with anything less than 40 lbs, the plates seem like they are about to fling off even though they are supposedly locked. Based on the quality of this, I don't trust that they will stay in place, which makes for a nervy workout. And last, but most importantly, I can't do any normal workout moves like bicep curls or push presses because the plastic base cuts into my arms. I finish my workout with cuts and bruises because I was just trying to do a press with your kettlebell and the base is cutting into me. It makes it impossible to use this to workout, and I am extremely disappointed. I outlined these same concerns to customer service and they were no help.

4/17/2021 Update: I eventually gave up on these due to the inconsistent performance issues. I continued to have issues with the adjustment precision and certain neighboring plates lifting off and falling back down on the base when I lifted the bar, even if the plates were not locked to the bar. Twice I had locked in plates fall off the bar mid exercise -- likely no injuries. When a plate falls off, it is a process to get it back on the bar because the locking mechanism will not move while off the base and you can't put it on the base to get it back on. Exchanged a few communications with them but they could do nothing so essentially this was an epic fail for my workouts and for my wallet. ORIGINAL: For their fairly regular communication of shipping updates (or rather, continued shipping delays), I give them 3 stars. It took 2 months for my shipment to arrive but I was in no hurry to get my adjustable dumbbells (52.5 lbs each). However, excitement turned into disappointment as I realized the quality of the dumbbells are very poor. The dials to adjust the weights are not precise and some of the individual weight plates don't stay in the holder when picking up the dumbbell. It is such a shame because I had high hopes for these. While they may be less expensive than the bigger name brands, they are a significant step down in quality from other (not brand name) pairs I have used and owned. Perhaps their other equipment is better but the 52.5lb adjustable dumbbells are a waste of money.

Wouldn't order anything again, 4-6 weeks delivery turned into 11. All I got what excuses blaming the shipping company, not my issue, that's your issue and you should fix it. I got a sports equipment delivery in four days, in December! They've figured out, you should too. Ordered Oct 1st, arrived today, Dec 19th.

Don’t order as a gift and ship to your house . Tracking was off, showed up a day early .. ( normally would be nice ) but was a Christmas pleasant and wasn’t expecting that day . My fiancé got home first and the whole out side of the box in HUGE letter says BARBELLS why would you put barbells on the box that big ? There was no hiding it 🤦🏼‍♀️ They are not cheap and now his big x mass presant is ruined . So I feel obligated to buy him something else, to open Christmas morning. I just wish when purchasing during the holiday season, there would have been a better warning that the box comes shipped this way . Just a heads up and alittle help Tabitha
