The adjustment is not smooth and while changing weights sometime the adjustor gets stuck

The main reason for this rating is the time it took for UPS to pick up the items and get the order to us! It should not take 6 weeks from ordering to fulfill that order!

Let me 1st say that the Support and Service was outstanding. I bought the Bench and 95lb adjustable DB's. My 1st time using it in the flat setting with 90lb DB's, the Bench collapsed when the single-side adjustable Pin literally tore the hole. I soon realized that there is a design flaw in these Benches that most won't encounter at lighter weights. There needs to be a complete through hole design with a Pin that supports the Cantilever adjustment on both sides. Support was amazing as they immediately issued a refund for replacement. I just hope that the Bench is redesigned, since it's so simple.

Products are just as announced and work great. Even though the dumbbells are changeable, the weights stay in locked well. I train several people per day and have not had an issue with the bench, dumbbells or bands. The only reason I had to give three stars is that it took months for the bench to arrive. I forgot how many at this point. Nowhere near 5 weeks though. But it did all get there eventually and I’m satisfied.

The adjustable weights are decent, but the mechanism locks up from time to time and I can’t get them off the base or change the weight. After a few minutes of messing with them I am usually successful and getting them to work. Happens about once every other workout, but it hasn’t caused me to miss a workout yet. Other than that they work well.

The dumbbells were great. The bench, however, does not have adjustments to lie completely flat. The resistance bands have mismatched clips.

I give you a three because I never received my item. However, my money was returned quickly. I did receive a previous order which took several months to arrive, but I'm enjoying my dumbbells and bench.

The weights and bands are great but the bench is not very good. Looks as if one of the areas was beaten up during the assembly and it doesn’t work properly
