Really happy with the quality of the items I ordered. Shipping took a long time, but I was fine with that because they were very up front about that when ordering. It was due to both the shipping locations and covid. The company did a good job of being communicative and honest. I will absolutely order from them again.

I questioned where my package was on social media platforms and had my posts deleted. I finally got my package after 2 months and multiple emails. I found them to be unprofessional. EDITED 12/30/2020: I wish I could remove the 1 star I gave them for shady customer service and practices. I was using my weights when I heard a click and the weight fell off the handle, nearly landing on my foot. Definitely can't recommend their poorly made product.

I love my dumbbells. I ordered the 5-52 set and they work great. Shipping time said 4-6 weeks and I received mine just a little over the 6 week. period.

Friendly, responsive customer service but the actual product is of pretty questionable quality. One of the dumbbells is missing an end cap, so it looks a little wonky. I've had name brand adjustable dumbbells and found the quality to be much better. Maybe just a QC issue? These make me a bit nervous. The plates rarely click into place correctly and I constantly have to fiddle with them to get everything lined up. They work in a pinch but I don't have high hopes for them lasting a long time and will likely upgrade to something higher quality in the future.

Love the weights so far and a good price! But shipping was a mess and customer service never responded back to me after I told them what happened with my shipment—just so I could help inform future customers and hopefully they would have a better experience.
