I eventually got the items and there are great. There was a long period, as they warned, where i received no updates on shipping. I think it was about 10 weeks in total for me to get my items. Bowflex was out of stock this entire time, so worth the wait. #COVID

I got the BWSS box with the 90lb dumbbells. On the whole, the quality is good and it's exactly what I needed. Dumbbells adjust easily and the bench is pretty sturdy. Maybe not as nice as what's available in a gym, but for the price, I'm happy. I weigh about 150lbs and the bench feels sturdy to me. Shipping took a long time, but I ordered during the pandemic. Good purchase, I don't think I'm ever going back to the gym.

The product itself is great. Easy selection and use. Only issue I believe could be remedied is the ability to lock the base to dumbbells. I got the set of 90lbs. Makes it a little more difficult when moving weights without the base locking. Other than that they’re great. Highly recommend.

My dumbbells do not fit on the stand I ordered with them. I emailed customer support and was asked to send pics. After sending pics I did not hear anything. It took an exceptionally long time to receive products with few updates

I appreciate the idea of the product as the pricing and though it took a while to arrive, I was ok with that, given COVID. But the issue is that the weights “jangle” a lot while using them... they move around as I work with them and are loud :( good concept, needs a little tweaking

I never received the equipment I ordered so I have no choice but to provide this poor of a review. I am not making it one star because BWSS has promised to refund but am still waiting on that.

Shipping took a very long time to arrive, and came in separate packages (ordered Dumbbells & bench). Adjustable Dumbbells (15-90lbs) are great and work as expected, although be warned they are MUCH LARGER THAN DEPICTED. They can be somewhat awkward to do some lifts, but overall work as expected and I feel they were worth the price. Adjustable/folding bench is clearly cheap - already has fraying/unwinding stitching, staples coming out, wobbly (not stable). Can tell it is made with very cheap/low quality parts. I would not recommend purchasing this for anyone serious about lifting (spend a bit more to get better quality). Overall - love the dumbbells for my needs and price. The bench works for my needs, but I would not recommend it or buy another bench from BWSS.

I ordered the BWSS box and it was the best purchase I ever made. It was so cheap for everything I got and it’s made staying committed to my workouts easier than ever. The weights work perfectly and though the bench was a little difficult to set up at first (the instructions were in Chinese) I was able to figure out from the pictures and have it ready to go in an hour.
