Great adjustable dumbells, just gotta be patient with the shipping. The owner was very responsive when I was beginning to lose patience on the shipping. Great quality product tho

After looking for months in the middle of a pandemic, I came across BWSS Fit adjustable dumbbells. By far the best investment yet; they are super easy to use with the ability to adjust the weight quickly during workouts. From 5-52lbs, these weights take up minimal space which makes them even better. The only downside of my experience was it took about a month to get (this is stated prior to submitting the order, so no complaints)- I was just too eager to get started with them! Thank you BWSS Fit, I have recommended you to my other fit friends :)

Ordered adjustable dumbbells. Took a bit long to receive ~ 5 weeks, but they arrived, and they are great!

I ordered the items on August 12th, 2020. Estimated delivery time per all their emails were 3-4 weeks. Finally received the last itme in my order on November 23rd, 2020. TWO MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED MY STUFF. The folding bench i got was pretty bad quality. Seems like real cheap metal materials and not all the holes lined up to insert bolts. We will see in time if it holds up.

I was a little frustrated with how long my weights took to come to me. But I voiced my frustrations and they were completely understanding and nice about the whole thing!!! Then when I had an issue with one of my weights they were once again accommodating and fixed the issue immediately! I’m very happy with my weights and this company!

BUYER BEWARE: Terrible customer service, long gaps in response times, adjustable dumbbells actually BROKE after 2nd use. Awaiting replacement arm, but have had no communication on when I can expect it. I would also like to add the “owner” of the company doesn’t seem to care about the issues, had offered no resolution to my issues, and is not sincere in the least in his email communications. Scamming people of their time and money, should be their slogan.

I ordered the adjustable weights. Took a long time to get to me due to UPS being UPS. They locked up on me once but are a breeze to use daily.

This took a very long time to ship which I can understand due to covid. It did however arrive in very disheveled condition with the box ripped open, the storage container open, and the contents spilling out. It made me concerned that some of the pieces may have been lost in the very long transit time. For such an expensive item I do expect it to arrive in good condition and that was not the case.
