BWSS FitReviews of bwssfit.com

Buying from Jordan with BWSS was the worst experience ever!! Beware if you encounter any issues involving a return or exchange! When he first sent sent my two adjustable dumbbells, one was in kg and one was in lbs. I emailed him and said I’m confused, why are they different and could I have a matching set? I offered to return one if he would send me a single so I could have a matching set. Through multiple email correspondences with Jordan, he responded and said he couldn’t accommodate my request for a new single dumbbell arm and his response to my question about mismatching dumbbells was: “we throw lb in the mix since they’re in high demand”. I don’t understand what kind of response that is to me receiving a mismatching set! I was getting nowhere with him on emails and finally my wife and I left Facebook reviews. When he saw those he reacted aggressively to me over emails but he did eventually do something. However, the whole thing was a terrible experience and I would never order from BWSS again.

Great weight set! Order came in a timely manner due to covid. Company kept us updated. No complaints.

The adjustable weights are decent, but the mechanism locks up from time to time and I can’t get them off the base or change the weight. After a few minutes of messing with them I am usually successful and getting them to work. Happens about once every other workout, but it hasn’t caused me to miss a workout yet. Other than that they work well.

I ordered the adjustable dumbbell at a very reasonable price. The prices on ebay, craigslist, offer etc... were so expensive and BWSS's prices were great. I thought it was to go to be true but they arrived as promised! I am very happy with them, they are solid and work fantastic! I'm going to be buying more stuff from BWSS, great site with great products. I couldn't be happier!

The dumbbells I received are just what I required.

The dumbbells are sturdy, compact and great for my home gym where both my husband and I can use it without having to buy varying weights. Just a couple of negatives - the gears are not that smooth, its a little bit of a struggle every time you have to change weights. The partitions for weights in the storage is not tall enough, so when I am putting back the weights I sometimes have to use my hand to adjust other weights in the storage to make them fit back in place. Its also possible to select different weights on either side of the dumbbell, which obviously you won’t do.. but It would’ve been nice if it was not possible at all by design. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. The negatives are something I can live with.

Part of my order came in damaged. Another product is missing entirely, and I have not heard from the company about my refund. Seemed like I was going to get a resolution, then radio silence??

Ordered in August and it never arrived. Got a confirmation it had arrived in the US to be delivered in October and it never came. Followed up and it turns out there was a 'damage' notice that I had to figure out myself with UPS. Had to contact customer service to get a refund. I get that things get damaged in transit, but there should have been some sort of tracking or notification system from BWSS that was proactively on top of this. Very disappointed because now I'm still without the product that I purchased, so we'll have just do without it now.
