I ordered the adjustable kettlebell a few months ago. I was happy when I got my delivery but immediately had an issue of what is a locking spring in the Lock/Unlock system. I reached out to BWSS via Instagram and Email but was never contacted in both instances. I was hoping to buy more stuff, which seem like great home exercise products... but, with horrible customer service. I rather go to a reputable company.

The dumbbells were great. The bench, however, does not have adjustments to lie completely flat. The resistance bands have mismatched clips.

The product took a long time to get to me and once it did there was no follow up email asking me if everything turned out ok, it just arrived on my door step one day. When it arrived I expected the quality to be similar to the “bow-flex” version I saw online but unfortunately it was not. The plates are low quality and the paint is sprayed on. The weights have done the overall job for me with my gym closed but I would not purchase again or purchase if I had seen how they looked in a store.

Love my adjustable dumbbells! I bought the adjustable dumbbells that go up to 50lbs. I think it's strange that one dumbbell is in pounds (lbs) and the other is in kilograms. Whenever I change the weight around, I have to refer to a diagram to make sure I have them set to the same weight. It's a bit annoying but not too big of a deal. One dumbbell is also difficult to adjust, it's very picky about where the dials have to be. The other works without any problems. Overall, super worth it with all the gyms being shut down in my area due to COVID. Weights are sold out everywhere except here. I'm not sure how long they'll last but so far so good. I use them multiple times a week and adjust them several times during each workout.

Great product that was delivered in a timely manner.

The shipping was definitely slow (even a little slower than the advertised delay) but with COVID and shipping from overseas, that was out of the company's hands, and I did know it was going to be somewhat of a wait. That said, the product has been great!!!! My dad and I both use our adjustable weights regularly and have been very happy with the purchase.
