BWSS FitReviews of bwssfit.com

Have had the adjustable weights for a few months now. They work great and have all the range I need. Super happy with this purchase.

Package for folding bench came damaged and was missing bolts to lock pieces into place. Weight bands never came. Dumbbells are as advertised at least.

Although due to the pandemic, the weights and bench came faster than I thought they would and have been using them for a month. Very good product!

Took a while to be shipped and delivered, but I was told that when ordering. I even reached out to the company and they responded quickly letting me know it’s on its way. The weights were totally worth the wait! Great set!

Arm bar wasn't working properly. Sent an email to the Support Team and was provided troubleshooting techniques. Once it was determine defective the Team sent a replacement. BWSS stands behind their products!

The weights are great! Amazing service from BWSS in keeping me up to date during COVID related shipping delays! Will come back for more!

Let me 1st say that the Support and Service was outstanding. I bought the Bench and 95lb adjustable DB's. My 1st time using it in the flat setting with 90lb DB's, the Bench collapsed when the single-side adjustable Pin literally tore the hole. I soon realized that there is a design flaw in these Benches that most won't encounter at lighter weights. There needs to be a complete through hole design with a Pin that supports the Cantilever adjustment on both sides. Support was amazing as they immediately issued a refund for replacement. I just hope that the Bench is redesigned, since it's so simple.

Thank you for doing an exceptional job! I got a GYM box from you guys and you delivered on your promise. Highly recommended.
